What is Potentia?
All power starts as unseen potential.
Potentia explores the hidden determinants of power — the systems, thinking, people, and decisions behind what gets built and what gets remembered.
Hosted by Chelsea Toczauer, Potentia partners with a small number of companies we admire and respect each year, forming long-term trusted relationships. This document serves as a reference for those partnerships — how Potentia works, who listens, and how we partner.
Thanks for every like, share and subscription, we really appreciate it. Let’s explore the world of innovation and meaningful impact together.

Potentia Partnership Kit
Potentia sits at the intersection of AI, innovation, and the decisions that shape technology’s trajectory. Each edition unpacks the specs, architectures, and human choices behind the products, policies, and organizations defining the next era — told with depth and precision for an audience that builds, funds, and governs the future.
3,100+ Subscribers - Global Reach across US, EU, APAC - Senior Decision-makers & operators
The audience
Potentia listeners are among the most consequential people at the intersection of AI, technology, and global policy — technical founders building with AI, C-suite operators deploying it at scale, and the policymakers shaping how it gets governed.
When the rules shaping AI get written, Potentia readers are in the room.
C-Suite, senior leaders, founders and decision-makers from organizations including: Amazon, Google, JP Morgan Chase, Andreessen Horowitz, Evercore, Citi, DP World, Meta, Microsoft, IBM, Anthropic, Alibaba, OpenAI, MIT, Nvidia, RAND, CSIS, UNESCO, The World Bank, etc.
Potentia has deep reach into the institutions shaping AI development, business and governance worldwide — from think tanks advising Capitol Hill to UN agencies writing global AI frameworks, from Singapore’s AI governance bodies to European policy institutions, and the national committees navigating global relations.
Our Approach
Obsession with depth
Chelsea personally invests significant time into each Potentia edition — researching the systems, people, and decisions behind each story before a single word is written. The result isn’t content. It’s a complete, precise picture of how something consequential came to exist.
Potentia doesn’t skim the surface. It leverages depth to build the story.
Each edition goes deep on a single topic: a technology, a decision, a company, a governance moment. The goal is always to give the reader a durable mental model, not just a news cycle summary. Potentia publishes consistently, with occasional special editions featuring exclusive conversations with founders, operators, and policymakers shaping the AI era.
Bringing storytelling to the partnership
The goal is to create the most interesting segments possible to highlight a partner — embedded within content the audience is already fully invested in. Potentia’s sponsorship segments are written by Chelsea in close collaboration with each partner, in Potentia’s voice, not a brand brief.
For season partners, each segment is unique — we don’t reuse the same script across editions. This creates a rare opportunity to tell an evolving story over multiple months, tied authentically to each topic Potentia covers. The result is that readers and listeners form a real relationship with Potentia partners — not a vague brand impression, but genuine familiarity and trust.
—Host-written, not agency-produced. Chelsea writes every partner segment personally.
—Native to the content. Segments feel like part of the edition, not an interruption of it.
—Evolving story. Season partners get a different angle each edition — building a relationship over time, not repeating a tagline.
—Co-created. Content is developed in close collaboration with the partner — your knowledge, Potentia’s voice.

If you’re interested in a package, reach out at chelsea@potentiamedia.org. Potentia uses a standard one-page agreement for season partnerships — straightforward, no surprises — will share upon request.
Speaking
Chelsea speaks at a select number of events each year in addition to creating the podcast.
Formats range from large-stage keynotes to intimate private gatherings. Engagements can be structured as client or prospect dinners, fireside chats, interactive sessions with a team or small group, or any combination of the above.
Booking rates range from $2k to $15k, scaling with time, preparation, and on-site complexity.
Potentia is selective about partnerships — we work with companies whose work we believe in. If that sounds like you, we’d love to talk.
